You've had an accident......now what?

  • Phone SGI (306.683.2100 or 1.800.664.7810) or set up you claim using our link to the SGI website.
  • Once you've been through SGI, call us at 306.374.2833 and set up a time where we can go over your estimate, take photos of your vehicle and order necessary parts.
  • When parts arrive, we will call you to book your vehicle in for repairs. A ride or rental will be arranged at this time.
  • Your vehicle is brought into our detail bay, washed, previous damage documented and photographs taken.
  • A meticulous disassembly is completed, supplemental damage noted and authorized by SGI and additional parts ordered, if required.
  • Your vehicles is repaired, framework done if necessary, and sent to our refinishing department.
  • Once refinishing is complete, the car is put back together, any mechanical work done and is detailed.
  • A final, pre-delivery check is completed and you will receive a phone call that your vehicle is done.

So...this is the short version on the whole process your vehicle goes through while it's in our shop. There are many people involved in the repair of your vehicle who are all specially trained to get your vehicle back on the road safely and quickly.
